The location was great. The views were stunning and the games room was also a great add on. The house was in a good location and the beds were very comfortable

I was disappointed with the house to be honest. Firstly, the indoor fire place in the lounge area was not operational ( for a winter stay) , The house is in dire need of attention to dampness and maintenance to certain things like the tap in the kitchen which was in a disastrous state, quite a lot of mildew, the house smelled damp. The fridge was obviously closed for a long time as when we opened it it really stank. The clothes/ dish towels and wash clothes were in a really manky condition. I actually went and bought new ones. The upstairs shower - you cannot even move the nozzle it is so rusted to the pipe - which makes it difficult as the water squirts all over. The heat in the upstairs shower was not good ( luke warm) I feel that the house needs a good paint and some TLC - it is such a lovely location and even though our stay was comfortable - to pay that amount of money was a little disheartening when we arrived . Also - there was no Chalk for the pool table - which should be parr for course, a lot of the lights did not work and also some of the wall heaters didnt work - the one even tripped the electricity and shorted the wire - which sparked and lit up. With some TLC and love - and maybe a little bit more attention to detail - the stay would have been perfect.

Very old inside, a lot of things where broken. Furnitures has to been replaced in the livingroom

Fantastic location, stunning views, very spacious, enough rooms, good kitchen/dining/living space. Quiet road, so barely saw other cars, very child-friendly.

The couches aren't very comfortable (the cushions keep sliding off when seated). Bedding and towels could probably be updated sometime soon...

The microwave should be replaced. It is very old and really looks unhygienic inside.
