Chatka bola čistá, priestranná. Raňajky v kolibe super, bufet. K dispozícii na chatke je elektrický sušič lyžiarok, čo hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. V areáli je dosť detských preliezaciek, výhoda najmä v lete.

Bazén je pekný, avšak vhodný len na aktivitu, pretože voda je trochu chladnejšia, nie je to termál. Wellness v pohode.

Very nice and spacious cottage, close to the ski slopes.

The cleanliness needs to improve. We found the dirty sink right after our arrival and asked to clean it for 4 days and nobody came. After 4 days the receptionist told us it's our fault and finally the cleaning lady came. The floor in the cottage is dirty, don't take white socks. The pool walls are dirty. Directly in front of the cottage was a shaft, the plastic cover of which could be moved away easily. After telling to the receptionist that it's dangerous, somebody could fall there, nobody came during our one week stay and nobody fixed it. We had 2 small knives in the kitchen and 2 pots. Very difficult to cook anything. The sofa wasn't cleaned for very long time. During our breakfast we found a spider in a clean bowl for cereals. I was ok with that, it can happen, but when I wanted to ask the staff to deal with it, nobody was there. Everybody was on smoking break.

Very spacious and well equipped chateau close to two small and a mid sized skiing area. Restaurant serves excellent breakfast and good local cuisine for Dinner and Lunch. Swimming pool was always clean and never too crowded. We will be back!
