Please inform Ferienpark Arber in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 13 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is available on request for EUR10 per day. Gas and electricity costs are included in the service fee. Managed by a private host
