In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. This is a little known rule. It is necessary to share this record with the authorities, such as the Guardia Civil, to ensure public safety. The traveler registration form must be filled out at check-in with the details of all guests without exception. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the guests' arrival or departure. In addition, the host must record the traveler's data in a traveler's log book, which may be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
