Casa delle Aci

Abbiamo potuto aggiornare il nostro orario di arrivo lungo la strada e la proprietaria si è dimostrata gentilissima in ogni circostanza ed è venuta incontro a tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo trovato dell'acqua per noi nell'alloggio e la possibilità di usare degli ombrelloni. La casa offre davvero tutto (caffè in cialda, fette biscottate e marmellata per la colazione; condimenti, ampi armadi, tovaglia e strofinacci, saponi nei bagni e in cucina, lavatrice, detersivi, phon, piastra per capelli, stanze ampie, giardino con tavolino, ...) ed è a pochi minuti dal centro. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono panificio, pasticceria, fruttivendolo ed altri negozi.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato della ruggine nello scolapiatti e il panno che copre l'asse da stiro un po' sporco.

It is an old house...didn't feel relaxed in it as it wasn't clean, no mosquito nets and the yard was dangerous, because all the balconies ,of the rest of the flat ,that are in the yard ,are all falling down and dangerous.....

Not too much positives. The apartment is big so everyone can find place for himself/herself. There was a place to leave a car however it was not closed so everyone can park a car there (it means that in the season you may have a problem to leave a car, also I think that my car was scratched when was parked there :( )

We were there in winter - it was very cold in the apartment. The first day after arrival it was 10 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning and 2 gas heaters are used to heat the rooms - unfortunately they are insufficient. After a few days we managed to raise the temperature to 18 degrees (of course due to safety reasons gas heaters were used only a few hours when we were in the apartment). Only 3 air conditioners can work at the same time. Turning on anything else blows the fuse. In my opinion, the apartment needs renovation (especially one room, which, when we saw it, we closed it and never went in again because it was so unpleasant) The lack of a dishwasher is a big minus.
