Only 2 bathrooms were usable. No shower door in one bathroom. Towels were dirty. Kitchen was very old and untidy. Could not be used. Crockery was chipped l.

The place was easy to find, close to where we were attending conference

You get to be told about a deposit on the day of arrival There were less cereal bowls than the number of people booked, new pots are needed The whole house needs spring cleaning, the cupboards in my room were dirty
