The property was spotless. And had everything on could need for a stay by the beach.

Nothing!

Everything was perfect. Our son especially loved the sea there. Kostantina and Bill were truly exceptional hosts — they even left a fridge with goods ready for us, and the next day she cooked a typical dish for her family and kindly shared it with us.

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely lovely host, very kind and helpful. The location is incredible since it is just across the street from the Mediterranean Sea and very close to a number of fantastic restaurants and cafes. The rooms were nice and everything was neat and clean. Absolutely loved staying here.

Great space and wonderful host. Transport to and from the airport. Fridge was stocked with snacks and drinks. Very close to the beach and great restaurants.

Twin beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was great.

1.The owner(bill) of the apartment was available within minutes, responded and gave an answer. The owner of the apartment brought us a dish made by his wife, rice with milk. 2.The apartment is located close to Artemida beach, a distance of 50 meter in walking distance. 3. Spacious, tidy and clean apartment with a nice balcony and ventilated. 4. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy several days. 5 In the yard there is equipment for spending time at the sea - chairs, umbrellas.. 6. The apartment was comfortable and equipped with everything (including a washing machine). .

1. The main and only entrance to the apartment is from the gate to the adjacent parking lot to the busy road. which is dangerous and very problematic. Bill can solve the problem with the back gate exists) 2. The entrance stairs are a bit problematic, there is a broken step.. 3. Many mosquitoes accumulate at the entrance (no nets.).

Lovely place, spatious apartment. The owner was easy to reach, very friendly and we felt right at home. Everything was taken care of: easy and quick airport pickup, breakfast, snacks, and coffee for us to take in the kitchen, toiletries, etc. We got great recommendations for good restaurants in the neighborhood that make us want to come back to experience more. The accommodation is right by the beach. This is a great place for a layover if you want to avoid crowded Athens or standard airport hotels and have a nice authentic experience instead.

The only downside was that the street is a bit noisy and the apartment not very soundproof.

Very specious. There was food left especially for me in the fridge. Pleasant communication with owner. Easy access to the sea shore.

It’s near by the road and noisy if to open the window

The owner was very accommodating, and the airport shuttle was very appreciated, courteous, and on time.
