Ventoux

The owner called me prior to us checking in to let us know that they had issues with their previous guests and to let us know that we should call her if there were issues with the flat. Unfortunately, I did not listen to the voice message until a few days after our stay. I would have preferred a message via booking.com to a call. I am sure that the condition of the flat is usually much better, but we spent one very uncomfortable night there. It was a very comfortable size and the location is amazing!!!

The flat was very dirty from the floors to the doors which had some sticky drips on them. The towels had stains and appeared not to be very clean. There was lots of hair on the pillows and couch both from a cat or dog and humans.

Great location! Just one point. Throws on beds stained, mug chipped and stain on fitted sheet for fold down bed. Would stay again though but this comment is to help not criticise.

Great location. Spacious accommodation for our party, well laid out and comfortable. Some tea bags and condiments would have put the icing on the cake. Some coat hooks in the entrance hall would be very useful.

It got very warm and we couldn’t open the French doors, no key to be found

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Used it as a base for walking and suited our purpose well. Supermarket over the road also a bonus.

We were a family of five and the fifth bed was a foldout bed which was fine for 2 nights. However, there was only seating for 5 at the dining table. Also, there were no cloths/sponges to wipe up in the kitchen.
