Location and fantastic facilities.

I booked a house and it was changed to a first floor flat across the road on the day of arival and i struggle with stairs due to being disabled. I booked the house as it said there was a sofa bed in rhe downstairs lounge so i didnt feel i needed to state i was disabled as the property i booked would have been fine. So it might be good to ask if it is ok to change the property rather than just telling the client you have changed it.

"We were in UK for a family wedding and this was a perfect base for visiting friends and family."

Self catering. Breakfast was superb. Kitchen very well equipped.

Lugging the suitcases up a full flight of stairs. I asked about stairs before booking and was told " a couple ". Most disappointed that the property was not correctly described. Otherwise we were happy.
