"Good stay in a well appointed unit"

Place was clean and well appointed. Exactly as shown in photos. Code for entry was supposed to be sent with email but unfortunately wasn't and had to be requested separately but was provided by host in time for entry.

There was washing in the machine when we arrived. We were told to deal with it after we had completed our washing which I don't believe is our job as guests. The messages from the host were rude to us regarding the use of the washing machine in the unit (we wanted to do 2 loads of washing as we were travelling for 8 weeks and were told this unit was not a laundromat). The host apologised for their rudeness when pointed out to them.
