The accommodation was pleasant.

It wasn't a nice residential area. The duvet was the wrong weight for the warm night we were there.

Clear instruction and safe and secure. Better than a hotel as you get much more for your money. Everything you need under one roof. Clean and comfortable.

Nothing everything was great

Loved the super flexible (24h) and easy check in. Staff is very responsive in case you have any questions. Has everything you need, even a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work. Definitely would stay again.

Walls seem pretty thin, it was quiet, but sometimes you do hear neighbors talking, so if you are staying with someone else might be not much privacy. The boiler sometimes makes loud noise when hot water is used, not sure if it disturbs neighbors at night. There are a few wall clocks, and they are ticking loudly which can get a little irritating.

Good location for visiting family. Cheaper than budget hotel room in area. Good kitchen facilities. Spacious. Large TV with lots of channels. Easy free parking in front of property.

Bed a bit soft for us and bed sheet not very good quality.
