Beautiful modern villa

Like a home from home and some! Every little detail was considered to make our stay so amazing. The design of the property, the decor, the equipment, the location, all outstanding. Would definitely recommend and we will also be booking a return trip.

Having to leave at the end of our stay

Fantastic house with beautiful pool and generous bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and fantastic supermarket. Perfect for a week of relaxation!

The house is comfortable and spacious.

After carefully confirming the date and time of our arrival, no one showed up at the villa on the agreed date. The host did not answer the phone and did not respond to text messages or messages on booking.com I waited for a long time outside the villa and as a result, after 10 p.m., I had to rent rooms with my whole family in a nearby hotel. I thought I was a victim of fraud and it was a huge stress for me. I had to pay the entire amount by bank transfer well in advance of arrival. I was wondering where I would spend the rest of my vacation. At night, the host sent me the gate code and mailbox code via booking.com and asked if I was still interested in staying in his villa. The next day, when we went to the villa, it turned out that the gate code worked, but the hosts gave an incorrect code to the key box... The on-site garden and swimming pool were in a terrible condition. There was black dirt at the bottom of the pool, and old leaves were strewn across the garden. The mattresses on the sun loungers were dirty and torn. We lost another day of our vacation waiting for the pool to be cleaned and usable. There were gardeners and a pool man walking around the property. We received €700 as compensation, for which we had to wait until it was refunded to me by booking.com Even though the host promised me a refund, we had to pay him €700 in cash for cleaning and for additional people who were to come to visit us for a few days. If we didn't pay him immediately in cash (much earlier than booking.com refunded me for the hotel I had to rent), he demanded that we leave the house. I felt intimidated. Halfway through my stay, I ordered cleaning. The cleaning ladies were inaccurate, they didn't even touch the kitchen or refill the toilet paper. They left leaves outside the front door. I had to turn them around and show them what needed to be improved. Cleaning cost €200. It lasted about an hour.

Lovely villa all that you possible need

Only one brolly outside would be good for you to replace as 1 isn’t enough for a family of 6 plus a little one, as the other 1 was broken already

Modern and new house. Ideal South oriented position of the house. Big rooms, very nice kitchen. Tasteful decoration. Great shutters to darken the rooms. Large beds. Excellent ensuite bathrooms. Large basement for multiple purposes. Excellent communication.

Unfortunetly not all windows in the ground floor bedrooms could be opened for ventilation. Front door proved a little bit difficult to open.
