The host was wonderful! At first, we thought the 4 km distance from Napflio might be a hindrance. In reality, it was perfect! We could take the bus in the morning (from in front of the apartment) into town and would take a cab back late in the day to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.. We also found it nice to walk down the street to a cozy cafe in the local square to sit in the mornings and evenings.. The apartment was clean and roomy. We enjoyed having a kitchen and would frequently make simple meals and sit outside to dine.

Amazing place just outside the main town of Nafplio. Host was incredibly helpful, even fixed our tire when we got a flat and always had a smile. House was comfortable, spacious and clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the Peloponnese

Very good value for the price. House is spacious and clean. Quiet place especially at night. Heating and cooling work fine. Kostas is very friendly and helpful host. A lot of things to see in about 30km radius. Yes, the shower setup is a little peculiar, but it is really no problem. It works and there is plenty of hot water. We used the Dustpan from kitchen as a floor wiper. We stayed for 2 weeks. Lots of Rock Climbing around Nafplio and visited a plenty of very intresting places. We had scouted many of them beforehand, but still found plenty more. Kostas told us about Pyramid of Elliniko and we found a very interesting Prehistoric Cave of Kefalari just near it. Other places to recommend see, that you might not find from tourist quides: Prophet Elias Church in Asini (tranquil place and amazing view) Vaulted tomb of Tiryns (Very well preserved! Walking distance) Church Agios Nikolaos Krasoktistos (on the shoreline - very nice walk) If you want to pick up good reasonably priced local food. We can warmly recommend "O Nakos" in Nafplio.

A microwave oven would be a good addition. Also a small side table or a chest of drawers would be nice in the kitchen. Toilet and kitchen fans need fixing. But those didn´t bother us.

The host was very warm and friendly. Kostas welcomed us like friends, introducing us to the surroundings and nearby attractions. He also prepared plenty of water, wine, fruits, and food for us to enjoy during our stay. The apartment appeared brighter than in the photos, with a well-planned interior and many unique pieces of furniture. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the Peloponnese region. The village where the apartment is situated is peaceful yet well-equipped, with supermarkets and charming restaurants nearby. Parking was convenient, and despite the apartment's proximity to the road, we found it very quiet during our stay. Many people have complaints about the bathroom—it's true that it's not like those in high-end hotels with separate dry and wet areas; the shower and toilet are together. However, it has good drainage and provides a mop. There are also thick mats outside the bathroom for absorbing water, making it convenient if you wear slippers. The spacious bathroom area also made it easy for us to rinse larger items like snorkeling gear without any problems. We stayed here for three days on this trip and hope to stay longer next time. It's a wonderful place.
