Cosy cottage Blockley, Cotswolds - Squire Cottage

Everything was perfect. The attention to detail and quality of bedding etc was superb.

Nothing could have been better.

Very well kept & clean little cottage, small but perfect! Lovely little secure garden, ideal for little ones. Right next to a fab park which we went to each day. Not far from Blockley, stow on the wolds and Bourton on the water. Lovely touch having biscuits & milk on arrival!

No complaints. No allocated parking space, but plenty of street parking so not a problem at all!

Blockley is an ideal village for a Cotswolds stay. No crowds with easy access to other towns. The cottage and garden were lovely. The local grocery and cafe were good and within a very short walk. Nice walking trails near by. A favorite of our trip!

Clean and tidy, homely feel. Biscuits and tea/coffee provided and milk in the fridge which was lovely. Gorgeous area too. Communication about the property via email was excellent.

Tiny frustration of having to run a bath with the shower as the taps did not work and we were uninformed of this.

Cosy and comfortable

Some housekeeping issues brought to the attention of owners - e.g. stained mattress/mattress protector As a disabled person with impaired mobility I experienced difficulty parking sufficiently close to the property; there are no guarantees of on street parking within even 100m of the door. The village is beautiful but hilly which made it difficult for me to get myself/luggage etc from parking spot and the cottage.
