Brampton Holiday Cottage

Location was excellent, just steps away from the town center and several shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked that it had two floors, so that the TV and kitchen were further away from the bedroom and bathroom.

The sofa bed was a bit musty (I recommend replacing the sofa). The key code we were given wasn't the correct one. We got it worked out fairly quickly by contacting the owner. The TV had limited channels.

My second visit. Imaculately clean, comfortable and perfectly located. 10/10..

The cottage was very close to the town centre. We had a fantastic stay and loved the property.

Could benefit from an extra handrail on the stairs.

It wasn’t really the property, but some of the neighbours were quite loud in the evenings when leaving local pubs.

Cottage was very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed including a washing machine which was a bonus after muddy walks. Shower was powerful and hot, bath was a luxury too. Modern decor was nice and the cottage was plenty big enough for the 2 of us. Bed was comfy and pillows were varying sizes. The Instructions to check in were clear and easy, we found it no problem. Location was great for exploring Hadrian's Wall and the surrounding area. Lots of lovely eating places in town which were very close by. Parking was easy and a great bus service too.

My little one got stuck in the bathroom! He closed the door but the handles don't quite pull the latch fully into the door and he couldn't get out agai. But we just pushed the door almost closed once we realised so it was no bother. A very helpful picture pointed us to the WiFi code which was handy, however the attached website which was supposed to provide further info about the property and area didn't work. It just said we needed to upload the documents... But again this was no bother.

Location to the wedding at the fleece and stag party, walked back to the room. Brampton is a nice village, everything you need and the room is perfectly located Parking was good for the location Close to bus stop, 2 quid to ride to Carlyle

Thursday night was church bell ringing practice that went on for a solid couple hours, not the establishments fault, other than ringing on the hour, the practice did not happen on Friday or Saturday night, just something to know.
