Brampton Holiday Cottage

It was very comfortable. Had everything you needed for your stay. Very central location and quiet.

There wasn't anything to not like

Bedroom window needs a blind as the property opposite can see right in if curtains are open.

The whole cottage was spotlessly clean. Facilities were good but hampered slightly by the small size of the kitchen (eg. no coffee machine). I found the bed comfortable and there was ample storage space. The location was excellent with shops, pubs, takeaways and bus stops all within a couple of minutes walk. An ideal location for exploring Hadrian's Wall and further afield.

I didn't particularly like the weather (not the owner's fault) and I had to pay to stay there. In other words: there was nothing not to like.

The property was nice and clean and felt very warm and welcome. Myself and my two boys absolutely loved our stay at Brampton cottage and will definitely be staying again.

There’s absolutely nothing to not like about this property, it’s clean and cosy with local amenities well within walking distance.

The cottage was in a superb location, the facilities in Brampton being less than a minutes walk around the corner, and easy access to the main road for surrounding area. It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay and beautifully finished/ decorated. The key was in the lock box and the code communicated in plenty of time prior to our arrival. Car parking is available just around the corner on Showfields, can be busy in the day time but plenty of space for overnight parking.

Bed was a little hard but this is of course personal preference and it wouldn't put me off staying here again. Church is close by and bells do chime on the hour and half past even through the night and if you're a light sleeper you may hear them.

Great location in friendly village. Close to Hadrian’s wall and Birdoswald Roman Fort. Cute house which is very comfortable. Ideal for a couple or three at most. Great communication with host. Walk to supermarket and restaurants, take aways.

Pillows a bit firm. Parking is around the corner, but not really a problem.

Lovely cottage. It has everything I need it for my working weekend. Excellent facilities, an amazing and comfy bed and really clean.

Central location with good nearby parking and amenities. property was well presented.

Fold down bed was a bit uncomfortable and room difficult to shut out daylight due to some uncurtained windows.
