Apartament znajduje się 100 m od promenady nadmorskiej, gdzie zlokalizowane są bary i restauracje. Jest w centrum starego miasta. Sam apartament klimatyczny, w starej kamienicy, składa się z dużego salonu pełniącego jednocześnie funkcję sypialni oraz małej, przechodniej kuchni z której wchodzi się do małej łazienki. Łóżko wygodne, pomieszczenie posiada klimatyzację. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia i sztućce oraz małą lodówkę. Łazienka wyposażona w kabinę prysznicową, umywalkę, bidet i toaletę. Dostępne jest darmowe wifi, ale działa bardzo słabo. Na powitanie właściciele pozostawili nam kosz owoców, ciasto, soki i wodę, a przy odbiorze kluczy, które odbiera się w sklepie z winami "Due Palme" (50 m. od apartamentu) otrzymaliśmy butelkę wina, bardzo miły gest. Przez właścicieli wynajmowaliśmy również samochód na 3 dni, podstawiony bezpośrednio pod apartament i tamtą również zwrócony. Wynajem bez depozytu, szybko i sprawnie. W najbliższym sąsiedztwie apartamentu dużo restauracji i barów z pysznym jedzeniem. ~Ok. 500 od apartamentu znajduje się supermarket Conad. 500 m od apartamentu na via Cristoforo Colombo znajdują się przystanki autobusowe, gdzie zatrzymują się autobusy AP (Aeroporto - dojazd z i na lotnisko), oraz 4, którym dotrzemy na lokalne plaże. Lokalizacja bardzo cicha i spokojna.

Łazienka wymaga remontu, przydałaby się większa kabina prysznicowa, szczególnie jak ktoś ma problemy z kręgosłupem. Przydałoby się też lepsze wifi, szczególnie jak się pracuje i podróżuje nie ma żadnego stolika i 2 krzeseł na zewnątrz, jest na to miejsce. Byłaby możliwość posiedzieć wieczorem przy lampce wina.

Location was good in Centro Storico. Kitchenette facilities to prepare own meals. Clean. Parking nearby.

We stayed 5 nights. Suite had what appeared to be a lot of leftover bits of furniture. No ventilation in bathroom caused mold along the ceiling; bathroom window would require a ladder to reach. No towel bars in bathroom or kitchen. Water pressure in shower was quite weak but usable. TV needs replacing (screen has lights burning through -typical Samsung issue). Had to ask for knives and towels for kitchen. No kettle or toaster as advertised. Coffee “machine” is a tiny stovetop Moka pot. Wall cabinet in kitchen looked unsanitary and about to fall off the wall. Overall rather drab; needs a refresh! Communicating with Francesca sometimes seemed to be an inconvenience; wasn’t asked if things were ok until checkout. Would have appreciated towel change perhaps after third night.

Everything was perfect! Location was great, apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, communication with the host was great and we even got some extras from them!

The hospitality of Fran and Nico has been nothing but excellent, they helped us who came from incredible long and extenuating trips feel like locals at home, Nico in particular was like meeting a friend you really want to see again, we appreciated Every moment spent with him and will never forget his kindness and openness to help in any need we could have. Hope to see him again some day and wish them the very best.

Everything was perfect

Francesca and Nico made sure we had all our things in order and that our stay was perfectly coordinated. The place is in the best location near the center + train station, yet still super quiet, large room with light coming in

The accommodation was just like the photos, and the owner and wife were very friendly and welcomed us. I didn't expect it, but there was delicious juice, bread, and homemade pie for breakfast. Also I can get various information for sightseeing from the owner, and it was a very satisfactory stay. I will definitely come back here if I went to Brindisi again :)
