"Great space for family of 6-7 people. Close to shops, resturants and the mountain."

Plenty of room for a large family, we had 4 adults and 2 children. Lovely large lounge and dinning area. 2 toilets were handy. Close to shops, resturants, ski hire places and doesnt take long to get to Turoa ski field.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable for us in the downstairs rooms. It is a bit noisy with high ceiling/open plan upstairs room. If kids are upstairs trying to sleep and people still up talking or watching TV it's a bit loud. Didnt worry us too much as we were all tired from the big days on the mountain so everyone went to bed at same time.

Clean & great location.

TV upstairs didn't work, which was really annoying as we'd plan to use that for the kids. Heater is one of the rooms didn't work. Room was cold & no other way of heating. Dry room is literally just the hallway into the house, with no heating just a fan. We had to dry our clothes on the clothes rack in the living area. Very thin walls & creaky. Wouldn't suit a big group of people.

Location, nice quiet area.

The place didn't have wifi. I would have canceled if it was refundable. It can get really hot inside even with the windows and door open. Some nights, the heat was insane and I can't exactly open windows and doors with all the bugs around. Couldn't adjust the aircon. What am I paying for? You'd think paying just over 3k you'd be able to adjust the settings. Gardeners turned up before 0800 on the day we were checking out, parked outside the house, and in the driveway. Felt rushed out. Maybe it would be reasonable to send them over after check out.

The place was really well set up, especially for kids. Beautifully clean and tidy. Location great for the mountain. Nice and warm. Shower was great, beds were comfy.

Nothing really negative. Possibly some dvds or something for the upstairs tv but not a major.
