The apartment was amazing. I am happy that i chose to stay here.

Good location very close to the Ballarat markets and the train station. Walking distance to the cathedral and Norman Palace, and the port. Palermo is very large so difficult to find an area that’s perfect for everything. Check in went very smoothly and the man carried all our bags up to the second floor apartment, which was fantastic. very friendly neighbour said ciao to us every morning.

Wifi never worked for us. Provider issue? Shower head broken since previous guest. Host was very apologetic so hope that is fixed for the next guests as we left very early.

Good location, quiet side street but close to all sites and supermarket. Very atmospheric kitchen with wooden beams. Spacious bedroom with large bed.

Construction noise across, we had not been informed. Some small renovations needed, will make a huge difference (e.g chair in bedroom). No chairs or table on balcony.

The location

Some of the items in the kitchen were too old and worn to be acceptable- saucepan and frying pan. A really broken blue chair in the bedroom, the holder for the shower hose did not work. No teatowels to dry the dishes.

We loved the location, close to all the main attractions. As a family of four there was easily enough room for everyone. The duvets were amazing.

There wasn't an electric kettle, although it was listed. The hair drier didn't work. The shower head's fitting against the wall was broken which made washing hair difficult.

Central location. Two good sized rooms with balconies. Very clean.

City center location - everything within walking distance, great communication with the host, spacious apartment.

The only issue that we had was with wifi, but other than that everything was great :)

Nil. Perhaps there could have been an air conditioner in both rooms separately.
