La vue et l’espace sont les 2 atouts de ce logement - et une mention spéciale pour le jardin en terrasse avec bassin à poisson, essences variées, orangés et citronniers…

La cuisine est peu équipée - pas de four pas de machine à laver. Mais convenable pour des repas simples.

Le lieu est fabuleux , la vue sur Palerme est exceptionnelle ainsi que le jardin. L’hôte est très prévenant. Les chambres sont très grandes avec vue sur Palerme. De beaux espaces de vie et de beaux volumes.

La véranda est magnifique mais au mois d’août il est difficile d’en profiter faute de climatisation de cet espace.

Villa très agréable bénéficiant d'un magnifique point de vue.. Accueil chaleureux.. Ignazio est disponible et répond rapidement aux questions. Je recommande.

Il manque quelques éléments d'équipements dans la cuisine..

First of all, Ignazio is a wonderful, acomodating and overall great host. We had a great time at the villa. The space is well kept, clean and with breathing views, spacious garden, and has everything you might need. Highly recommend! We would love to spend more time there.

We give top marks not just for the excellent property but the friendly owner who was so very helpful and helped make our stay the very best possible 😊 We're very happy we chose Villa Rosa Bianca as the property's very nice, the facilities good and the location's a short drive to Palermo centre (where you can spend several days exploring this amazing city) and close to so many beautiful sights nearby and around the region (Monreale, Mondello, Cefalù, Segesta, Selinunte, Erice). The property itself is large and comfortable, with good aircon, WiFi and a big TV. It has a breathtaking panoramic view of the sprawl of Palermo, the mountains and sea. It is truly beautiful being there. A car is essential for convenience, the property has its own on-site parking, it's 10 minutes away from a large supermarket (Conad) and there are Lidl stores as well as a nearby restaurant (La Panoramica, couple of minutes walk) and great takeaway delivery (Pedro's). The large beautiful garden has all sorts of fruit and wildlife, the owner who lives adjacent speaks very good English and is always contactable via WhatsApp, freely giving advice and recommendations during our stay. No complaints at all, everything was very good and went very well. The day-to-day practicalities are all easy and any questions are helpfully answered very quickly by the owner. We highly recommend this property.

The property is beautiful and set in the hills behind Palermo. The house has a homely rustic feel and is the perfect place to relax. You really do need a car to stay here but there is secure parking on site. The hosts are warm and accomodating. If you’re looking for a place to relax, eat cheese and drink wine with beautiful views - this is it.

The location of the property is amazing with views across Palermo. All the amenities in the apartment were spot on and Ignazio was a great host. Kitchen was very useful and well supplied with cooking utensils. We loved our three night's at Villa Rosa Bianca and hope to return soon!

Driving in Palermo is "challenging", but that's not any reflection on the Villa Rosa Bianca.
