Bluebird Manor on the Water, 2 Acres & Amenities

This property is in major disrepair, including active water leaks.

The living room area and open kitchen were nice. Also the bedroom with private bathroom and the two bedrooms upstairs were fine.

The basement, which had the other two bedrooms and playing area, was terribly smelly. The pond is not taken care of, and so we had a huge amount of insects It was very difficult to get in touch with the manager of the home He forgot to send me the door code and then at the end set me a reminder of check out that was one hour earlier as the website said. Unfortunately we were not very satisfied. The house has potential. However, it is far from being a 4-star experience

The house was very clean and comfortable and there were plenty of bedrooms and linens. Showers had good pressure and the downstairs basement rooms provided a great extra space for our family to spread out with the dogs. If you are planning on cooking it's best to bring some type of sheet pans and this house only had mostly pots to work with.

There was no fire pit that we could find, and part of the property was unusable due to the grass being so high. Also the pond had an incredible amount of algae, but that might be a municipality issue.

The suitability of location comes down to what a renter wants to be close to. So, no complaints. A very good diner (New Munson's) was not a far drive away in the town of Liberty.

No improvements required. No complaints.

The pond is fun and the house is roomy with a fun basement. Owner was very kind and very responsive to requests.
