"Could use a bit of TLC"

Perfect location-walking distance to a great beach, close to the convenient store and a 10 minute drive marina where you can put gas, go grocery shopping (4 square) and eat at their cafe. Great cafe-restaurant by the way.

It needed a bit more cleaning. A dryer would've come pretty handy since it rained. Our beach towels and clothes we washed didn't dry well outside. The pot holders had cheese stuck in them. The cooking utensils some are very well outdated and could use an upgrade.
