So much space for our family of 4. Good facilities and very clean. Underfloor heating and onsens were fantastic.

Only 1 bathroom and the location being not really in the proximity of anything is a downside. It Is more of a quiet suburb and remote like location.

Feel like a home, everything is in order and has onsen in the house. Need wait about 2 hours to fill the onsen.

Staircase a bit straight up not convenient for old ppl. Bathroom floor very cold in the winter time, if has slipper provided enter in bathroom will be perfect.

Absolutely beautiful house to stay at, we loved it. Wish we stayed for longer. The house is huge and wonderfully kept, very quiet part of town. The onsen is heavenly, absolutely loved that. Would love to come again.

Check-in was a breeze. Heater flooring in the living room. Full kitchen utensils and crockeries for whipping our dinners. Private onsen that is available anytime.

The room heaters which run on fuel are not properly pipe out causing the room smell like car exhaust. The level 2 single room is not equipped with heater.

The most satisfying choice for this trip. The host is very attentive and considerate, thank you so much.

Big house, very clean, fully equipped, we had an absolutely lovely stay. The private onsen is amazing and we really felt like our home away from home.

Minor, but we stayed for 3 nights and the garbage can was filled up completely and we didn't have a way to dispose of it or change to a new bag which was challenging. Also, the blankets are suitable for cold weather, we were very hot with them even if the AC is on, would be nice to have a set of summer non-synthetic beddings. Other than this our stay was perfect and definitely would stay again.

Enough space for sitting together, nice cute house, all what we needed was available.
