View-topia Amazing View, Private Pool, Close to the center.

Very nice view. Very spacious house. All 5 bedrooms have wc/showers. All goodies included. Nice pool. Nice garden. Very friendly owner. Perfect choice for stay in Spetses island overall.

You need 10-15 min walk to go to the centre.

Where to start on this villa!! Firstly, the views are absolutely incredible. Due to its elevated location it has a spectacular outlook and it’s a joy to step out onto the balcony each morning to gaze out over the islands and glistening sea. It is airy and spacious, very tastefully furnished and decorated with lots of lovely things around. The beds are super comfortable and the villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The outside areas are gorgeous with flowers and plants and very nice outdoor furniture around the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and unusually generous in terms of providing basics - salt and pepper, herbs, olive oil etc (we left our own too to add to the stores!). Overall it gives a real feeling of a family home with a sense of trust that the owners have left their lovely things around for visitors to enjoy.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!

Amazing home with beautiful views from every window of Spetses and the blue sea. Very comfortable, every room has an en-suite which is very nice for a big group. The pool was great and very clean and refreshing!

It’s a little bit of a walk coming back up the hill but if you rent a quad it’s nice.

Fabulous view, excellent sized bedrooms all with own bathrooms, very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and equipped. Felt like own place rather than a rental. A privilege to stay at a house so obviously treasured by its owner. A wealth of outside place, so always sun and shade. We really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating on the veranda. The quality of the furniture is outstanding so beds, chairs etc very comfortable. And our adult children and their partners loved the pool area after full days cycling to the island’s beautiful beaches. It was a joy to come back to.

Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, for the chefs amongst us, spacious airconditioned bedrooms with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms for sleepy heads, terrace with wonderful views while dining at the big table and a lovely pool to dive in and cool off…
