We liked the comfortable layout, the location and particularly the nice and welcoming behaviour of Mrs. Aurelia.

Maybe the fact that the upper level (mezzanine) doesn’t have a WC.

The house is just great. Beautiful inside, comftable, equiped with everything a family needs. Great comftable beds and sofas. The yard outside is lovely and quiet. Ideal to spend lazy nights with a bottle of wine..... Ten minutes walk from the port, less than that for the old port. The owners were very polite and helpful. Overal, a great house and a great stay.

"Very nice house"

Very nice house, comfortable and nice garden. Located few steps from a small beach, and the centre of Spetses. Luggage was collected from the ferry point.

Door in the bedroom was not opening because something was broken. Because of that the bedroom was pretty warm in the night. Airconditioning was working well, but I prefer to sleep with fresh air. If that's fixed, all is perfect.
