The location, everything in the house was functional

Floors were just a tiny bit dirty

The apartment is new and everything is very clean. There is everything what you need, very spacious. The view is 10 out of 10. If you need to escape from hustle and bustle, it's a perfect place. Beach isn't overcrowded with crystal clear water. Round the corner you can find tavernas, near the gold sand beach.

I would suggest to provide small blankets for evenings on the terrace, when temperature droppes, it would be nice to wrap up with a glass of wine.

Apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The beach is directly accessable from the garden and there is a small private shower for rinsing salty water off. The more popular Zorba beach is within walking distance. Place is great for families or groups looking for remote and quiet holidays. However it is still close to some main touristic attractions. The owners were helpful and arranged car rental at very competitive price as well as remote check in.

The towels were not changed after the first week, but was not a big problem since there is a washing machine available on site Mosquito net works well for mosquitos but not for the small flies that go through and bite painfully at night. Had to keep the terrace closed after sunset.

It's a very big appartment. With a big terrace with ocean view. The place is perfect, also for our little children. You have everything you need. Lots of space, 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just perfect! The beach is a bit rocky, nice for us but for the kids not so much. There's an other beach very nearby (Zorba's beach) and that's perfect for little kids. There are also three good restaurants on walking distance!
