The location was great.

The -1 floor had a moldy smell. The bathroom had a very bad smell that would not go away.the dishes were not clean either.

No english channels

The location was EXCELLENT!! The place itself beautiful!

Had a difficult time opening the front door & would be nice to have some kitchen utensils

I have no negative feedback but it is on 3 floors so if you have knee or leg injuries stairs could be challenging

Locations and facilities excellent - lovely place in town centre, but v quiet overnight.

Very little, only improvement would be to perhaps provide some toiletries (e.g. soap)

Very well stocked kitchen. Easy check in / access to apartment. Very comfortable bed and good, functioning a/c / heating. Central in Soller town.

Bathroom not well ventilated and towels had to be dried elsewhere. Only one roll of toilet tissue provided for 3 night stay with the suggestion from owners we buy more if we needed this.

The location is right in the city center, immediate access to restaurants, shops, buses and tram. The house is very nice structured, with each floor representing a certain "room": ground floor the living room, 1st floor the kitchen, 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean, in the kitchen we found everything that we needed. There are roof windows in the stair case and in the bathroom that I really enjoyed, especially during early mornings. The bedroom was small but comfy, with a big bed and shelfs to put your things and luggage; here a watch out would be the low ceiling if you're tall. The bathroom disposes of a spacious shower and shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion. The are shutters at the windows that grant you intimacy and darkness if needed.

We had some trouble with opening the door, it needs to be pushed in a certain way. Because the basement isn't closed, the humid smell travels all the way to the entry hall/living room. Sometimes a bad smell was coming from the shower drain as well. It was quiet at night, but in the morning when people were starting their activities you could hear noise from the street.
