Ca’n Roega

Excellent location on the immediate outskirts of Soller, easy 10 minute walk to the main square. The villa was very comfortable and functional, with well-appointed living spaces and excellent appliances. Beautiful artwork gives a homey feeling inside and there are plenty of seating options outside in the private yard/pool area.

The access to rear parking is very narrow, especially at the gate. Turning around to exit required a series of precise turns for our 2 small cars.

Lovely, friendly owners who came to meet us at the property even thought we arrived very late. The property was beautiful, comfortable and well thought out and fully equipped. Nice peaceful garden with lovely pool. Good location for walking to restaurants and shops. Private parking space. Soller and the area its in is a stunning part of Majorca to explore. Highly recommended.

If you want to park on the property, don't hire the largest car available as its a little tight getting through the gate. In any case, small or medium cars are easier to manage in the small streets and winding roads of the area. Mosquitos were a bit of a nuisance, but I guess that's life in summer on Majorca.

EVERYTHING. The house itself is stunning, amazing garden and pool feels very secluded and has perfect Mountain views. Each room and bathroom were spotless. The kitchen had everything you could need. The location is amazing; a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the main centre of Soller, absolutely perfect for a tranquil trip but near and accessible for things to do / visit.

Nothing - I could not fault this property

I would give this property 100/10 if I could. The house is stunning - the best I’ve ever stayed at. It is very tastefully decorated. Beautiful linens in the bedroom. The kitchen is brand new and very well appointed. But the highlight has to be the garden - fantastic sized heated pool with lots of toys for the children. A beautifully kept garden with a lemon tree from which we picked lemons for our G&T. Lunches and dinners at the big outside table, whilst looking at the beautiful mountains, was such a wonderful experience. And we felt very well looked after. Lovely treats on arrival, very nice products in the bathrooms and the family were on hand for any questions. It’s in a very quiet area, and just 10 mins walk into the plaza of the old town. Soller is a gorgeous place - lots of windy cobbled streets with little shops. And the kids loved the tram down to the beach. All in all the most fantastic holiday …. I am going to book again for next year!

The house is beautiful and spacious, the garden, is the best I’ve ever experienced on the island, lots of shelter from the hot sun and a fenced off pool is great for the little ones

We absolutely loved staying at fabulous Ca'n Roega. Everything was just perfect, Emma and Pep are wonderful hosts. The villa is gorgeous, the spacious garden and perfect sized pool are all superbly well equipped. We loved our week staying at Ca'n Roega and if we didn't live so far away, we would be back every year to visit again!

Where to begin… our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house is stunning, extremely comfortable and had everything we could ever ask. Emma and her family were so welcoming and were on hand to help wherever needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. Our party was 5 adults and one baby, and each of us truly loved our time here. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds, air con and lots of wardrobe space. The kitchen was very modern and again had everything we needed. The garden has lots of sun, a beautiful pool, stunning views and different areas to hang out. Where do I start ..the house was spotless with a brand new fabulous kitchen, high quality comfortable beds with super mattresses, modern quiet air con in each room so everyone slept like a baby. The bathrooms had good water pressure, clean and modern and even fresh cut flowers! The view of the mountains brought us so much joy, as did the beautifully landscaped garden with lemon, olive and mulberry trees, and beautiful pool surrounded by fragrant jasmine. It is also just a short walk from Soller, easy to access shops and top notch restaurants. Emma and Pep were so helpful throughout, they made us feel so welcome and we really appreciated their prompt responses to any question we had. This house made our stay so special and will definitely come back.
