Excellent location. Well equipped. Spacious

The house was cold on arrival (we were apparently the 1st visitors who needed heating in the house). The radiators did not work and there was no hot water. The local agent came round with a plumber the next day, and partially fixed it, and the work was completed the next day.

Beautiful building in a stunning town - loads of space and easy to find.

Parking can be a little hard to find in the town but good tips from the host helped a lot.

Lovely Mallorquin period house that feels like a special place to stay. Superb location very close to all that Soller has to offer. Only a 5 mins walk up the street to the central square with plenty of places to eat out. Much quieter than expected given proximity to town. 1 bedroom at back of house, 2 bedrooms onto road side of house. Nice and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one ensuite). Nicely equipped kitchen inc oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (several) and plenty of pots, pans etc. Good to have a washing machine, tumble dryer and small line to get things dry. Aircon units in bedrooms and living room. Beds are firm, if you like that. Super helpful host who gave us info on parking and answered questions we had. We were able to walk out from the property very easily to some walks in the hills. Parking is not at the property, but it is only 5 mins away, so don't let that put you off. The location near to town makes up for it.

Many people have commented on parking. We knew this in advance and accept that parking is not at the property. The host gave us advice on where to park - only about a 5 mins walk away (at the bus station) and parking is only about 3-4 euros per day. Parking during the Fira was more difficult but we found free parking on the town 'bypass' (10 mins walk away). It isn't a showstopper. The location near to town makes up for the parking situation. We were staying there in May, could be more of an issue during busier times. I would say this property is not for anyone with any mobility issues - it is on three levels with 3 flights of stairs to the bedrooms. Bathrooms on top and middle levels. Beds and pillows are firm. But plenty of duvets to soften the mattresses. Some softer pillows would be good. Very tiny terrace to sit out on. We didn't use it, but may be too small for someone who wants to spend a day sitting around at the property catching the sun.
