La casa esta súper bien, muy limpia y 4 habitaciones grandes perfecta para ir en familia, el Perico que es el hombre que gestiona la casa muy amable y al estar en Sóller está cerca de playas bonitas para poder visitar. La piscina y la barbacoa perfecta para pasar tiempo en familia

Hay muchas escaleras lo cual no es conveniente para alguien mayor y el parking está en frente de una carretera de doble sentido donde los coches pasan muy rápido y es peligrosa.

Le coin piscine et la cuisine d'été sont superbes.

We loved literally everything about this property, 12x better than pictures! The absolute best part was all of the outside spaces - an outdoor BBQ area connected to an outdoor kitchen toilet and shower, fully equipped and gorgeous. The pool area was exceptional, surrounded by lemon trees and vines. Rooms all comfy, really spacious and pretty. The owner was an absolute delight, so helpful, kind and down to earth. Overall an excellent stay and we will definitely return!!

It is situated on a main road, you don’t get traffic noise but if you want to walk into town, it’s a very short walk but on the main road (we found this to be fine as although there is no pavement there was a wide cycle path)

Lovely house with gorgeous pool area and outside kitchen :) would return. Well equipped and friendly hosts. 4 bedrooms, 2 with en suites.

It is on a main road - but for us this was a positive as it’s easy to navigate the island and you don’t hear the road once you’re in the garden etc

Fantastic house with a beautiful outdoor entertainment area and pool,the very well equipped outdoor kitchen area with beautiful crockery was an absolute bonus. Perico was extremely helpful with a very easy late check in and throughout our stay providing helpful information about the area and restaurants etc. The house is very spacious, and I would highly recommend it for being close to beautiful Soller

The very busy road was a little daunting at times but it would not stop me booking the house again and did not cause any problems with noise once inside the house

Very spacious and well equipped. The large outdoor kitchen and adjacent covered area with2 tables was excellent. Ideal for a family of 5 including 3 young adult children. The pool area amongst the lemon trees with a view of the mountains was great. It was good we could walk into town to go out to dinner. There was a route off the main road and it took about 15 mins. We had read about the many stairs from previous reviews so this wasn't a problem - indeed a positive asset to get some exercise in, but people who can't do stairs easily should def be made aware. Great location for various day trips and also walks from the house itself.

The main road was a bit noisy at times, but we had expected it and it didn't in any way detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Location close to the city center (10-15 min), beautiful house in good condition, the spacious outdoor room with fully equipped kitchen and, of course, the nice pool. A garden full of lemon trees and a views of the mountains and the green landscape. Perfect service from Perico, who was easy to contact av very helpful.

The traffic outside didn´t disturb us at all in the house, but the road can be heavely traffic at certain times.
