"Cosy comfortable cottage"

Fabulously remote cosy cottage. Warm, lots of hot water, very comfortable bed. Well equipped galley kitchen. Close enough to drive to local villages and tourist “must sees” like Bamburgh castle and Lindisfarne.

"Very suitable for touristing in the Northumberland area - and coming back to at night!"

Comfortable, ideal for 2. Definitely a rural setting but only a couple of miles from Bamburgh Castle. Easy to reach other parts of Northumberland. We roved from Berwick on Tweed down to Cragside.

I would have liked a grab bar on the bath wall (older lady struggling with knees). We could not find any notes on the place (how to control central heating or turn the towel rail on). I did email a request for this information but did not receive a reply.
