tissue and part sweet wrapper under bed- cobwebs aplenty. How thorough is this apartment cleaned? Fire missing a bulb. Light switch over TV not working - needs replacing. When was last time was inspected by electrician? Very cold on arrival - mid winter heating should have been on. Welcome book had no instructions for anything just a list of 'Don'ts' - heating instruction would be useful TV did not work in either bedroom or lounge. On two occasions called 'Host & Stay' helpline, spoke to someone on both occasions but they said they would get back to us but never did. Received an email asking about our call to helpline - replied but heard nothing further.
