GBThe location The heating.
It wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Plenty of cobwebs around the cottage. The bed/mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We were left one hand towel and one toilet roll for the duration of our stay. The shower was terrible, very poor power, little more than a dribble

The freezer was a bit small and there was no Netflix on the bedroom television
GBGreat location to get around surrounding area (Bamburgh etc). Bed was very comfortable.
Staircase was really cold as no heating in that area. Damp smell when we first arrived so had to open doors to get some ventilation in.

The fact that it was advertised as Bamburgh but in fact it was 10 or so minutes drive or over an hours walk from Bamburgh.
