The Cabin at No 45

Cabin is kitted out with everything you need and all very good quality. Owners lovely and checked regularly everything was OK. Also very helpful regarding cycle/walking routes and where to visit eat etc. it’ll be our go to accommodation when next in Ballater.

More cups. We didn't want to put the dishwasher on half full so had to keep washing the cups as we only had four. A small niggle!

Immaculately clean, had everything required for 2 day work related stay. Les was very friendly and informative.

What can I say? This place is a hidden gem! Cabin was spotless and warm, the location is fab, everything was just perfect! Thank You so much and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

There was not a thing we didn't like!

We had a lovely couple of night's stay in the cabin, really cosy and spotlessly clean, had everything you needed. Owner's were very Friendly and helpful. Location is great very easy walk to the centre of ballater.

Very comfortable, good radiators. Convenient short walk to village centre with all facilities.

It was all fine.

It was a very relaxed and perfect in every way. The area of the cabin was adequate in every sense, the water was always piping hot,and the heating system was excellent. The kitchen area had everything you needed. We would stay here again. The owners Alison and Les were very helpful and informative.
