MASTER ROSE STUDIO in old town

A very cozy and relaxing place. So clean and tidy. Miss Magda left an amazing traditional sweet 🍇 for us and there was already some bottled water on the table. The house was quiet all day and night long. (Also the air conditioning works quietly) There are a few stairs (65) to reach the location so if you have heavy luggage you may find it harder to climb them. Despite this the house is in the heart of old town next to everything.

Not a big problem just mentioning that I guess the building is quite old as it is in the middle of the old town and near the sea so you can smell the humidity when you enter the house but there is a dehumidifier that works well.

Apartment was beautifully designed. It was very clean and well equiped.

It was fine for us but there are stairs up to the property which may be hard if you have heavy luggage. It didn’t bother us though

We stayed for ten days in October and thought the Master Rose studio was a really nice little apartment with a quite well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and a small private courtyard. Everything was impeccably clean with modern, comfortable furniture. Magda, the owner, was extremely helpful in advance, answered all our questions when we arrived, and was very welcoming. An excellent place to stay for a few nights or more in Nafplio, located towards the top of the town, conveniently right above the main square. We knew in advance exactly what to expect, but people who don't know the town should be aware there are around 70 steps up or down directly from the square to the location of the apartment, though far fewer from the nearest side street leading down to the bus station and parking.

Beautiful studio in historical heart of Nauplie

Little things count: new kitchen sponge (used ones stink when wet), big roll of paper towels, hot water that doesn’t run out during the second shower, heat that quickly heats the place every time you walk in, new appliances, recent renovation with modern furniture (dreary old 60’s is getting old), smart layout, fast Wi-Fi, super clean, super responsive host - this is the place!
