Super friendly and helpful staff, and the house was super clean and had everything!!

It is more then apartment, it is an experience. 250 y old stone village in the middle of the valley, with hundred year old school and old public laundry place. It feels like time is stoppped in that amazing place. Was nice to explore all around. It is only few minutes from Pinhao by car. The house was very clean, newly equipped, everything was in working condition. It was absolutely the best our stay during our trip to Portugal!

Nothing. I guess double bed has a spring mattress :) :)

This is a beautifully renovated stone house in a small village with a mixture of occupied houses and ruins. The residents were very friendly! A short walk to an old school, church and beautiful views of the valley. Host met us at the door with the keys. He is renovating another building across the street so we learned a bit about what is involved in renovating a stone building.

It was a 20 minute ride to a restaurant which we did not mind, but some might. There is a full modern kitchen so easy enough to cook something there.

GREAT location, clean and comfortable - wonderful view of river and bridge!! easy fast communication with owner who even let us check out a little late! would come back again for sure!!!

A little out of the way, but that is what we like. Beautifully renovated stone house in a small town of 80 people. Views coming and going show the terraced hillsides of the Douro Valley. Take groceries with you Or eat out in other towns nearby. Quiet location, we slept well.

Google took us to the village, the owners found us and showed us the way. There is a sign on the building.
