View darling buds of May beautiful. Cleanliness appalling in the ENSUITE and shower broken and not fixed to its frame.Owner Greg told but refused to address or even look at the proble.

EVEN THOUGH THE HOSTS HAD MADE UP JUST ONE BED WITH ENSUITE THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE PILE OF DIRT IN THE BROKEN SHOEWER.I SHOWED GREG THE PICTURE BUT HE WOULD NOT REPLY.VERY DATED AND IMPOSSIBLE TO STAND UPRIGHT IN THIS BEDROOM.PUNCTURE SUFFERED AND EVEN THOUGH THE RECOVERY VEHICLE WAS WELL AWARE OF THE SPOT THE POTHOLES SHOULD Highlighted in cottage details COURTYARD USED BY NFU that appear to be using offices at the farm

Location is perfect. Close to seaside but far away enough for perfect peace. Rooms beautifully appointed and well furnished. The bedrooms are light and airy. Hosts very friendly and welcoming.

Perhaps a gripper for the rug downstairs. Apart from that all very good.

A lovely stay in a rural location. Comfortable accommodation for four adults, two young children and a dog. We loved the private apple orchard with great views of the land and took advantage of the barbecue and picnic area one evening. Our children really liked the 'entertainment' room on the third floor where games, books and the TV are located. Also a great location for dog owners - just look out for cows and where you step! 😄 Over all a very nice stay.

Not much to add here except that the batteries in one of the smoke detectors had run out one night and woke us up around 2pm. No massive issue as I'm sure this will be sorted immediately. Also - according to the date on the detectors they need to be replaced too!

Beautiful countryside. The Orchard Barn is very spacious. It has a nice farmhouse feel and it is easy to relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Nothing if your a countryside lover. It may be too rural for some people, but it is clearly advertised as a farm based property.

The Orchard Barn is clean, comfortable, very well equipped. The Orchard itself is beautiful the views are stunning. The owners are friendly, approachable and really helpful. Thank you so much!
