AUgreat location, easy access to supermarket and eatery place by car
Water pressure in all bathrooms on 2nd floor is super low. Hardly any water come out from the basin tap. Bedrooms and bathrooms smell.
MYMYWhat I liked about the place was the affordable price and the convenience of the location. It was easy to access nearby areas, and the parking space, despite feeling a bit unsafe, was still a useful feature.
At the beginning of my stay, the shower water pressure was very weak, and the owner did not inform me about needing to turn on any switches. As a result, I struggled to take a proper shower on the first day. The floor was greasy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned, and the room smelled of mold, dampness, and even urine. Additionally, the main gate had no lock and wasn’t automatic, which made parking feel a bit unsafe. Every time someone entered or exited, they had to enter the password again otherwise, the power to the entire house would be cut off, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing, though the price was cheap.I would rather pay more to rent a better place. I hope the owner makes improvements for future guests.

MYI love the house. All mattress, sheets and pillows very clean. Toilets were cleaned. Aircond functioning well despite few old units. Accommodate to my 12pax family very well. Cutleries and all kitchen appliances are available. Quite neighbourhood. Definitely will come again for next family gathering.
I wish there are water dispenser. suggestion to put cheap water dispenser at home. Nowadays the cheap version of coway available at RM 400-500, yearly self service.
