Even though the properly is located a bit from the center it had an access to the beach and swimming pool on site which was why we chose it. I also liked that there was a nice little balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment itself had everything we needed and we truly loved it there. Another advantage is that host can provide a transfer and we were picked up on a very nice and comfortable car from the airport. The host was very kind and helpful. He shared a lot of information on what to do in Palermo, what to see and where to eat 😊 All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

"ok, sehr ok"

Es gab kein Frühstück, das war aber kein Problem, es gab gute Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr, sehr kooperativ waren das Haus, als wir etwas uns Wichtiges liegen gelassen hatten. Auf der Rückreise zum Airport konnten wir das Vergessene abholen.

Es hätte etwas zur Begrüßung geben sollen. So kennen wir es aus anderen Häusern.

Beds are good.

We had a lots of issue, if you turn both AC the power will went out. The wifi does not work properly. The building manager instead of fixing the issue massage me your are in your vacation so maybe spend less on Internet :?

the place looked great by apparence. welcoming was great and staff pleasant

when we arrived , the place was dirty, we found two cockroach on the bathroom, beds weren't confortable with a hole in the center for the sofa/bed. shower was broken and wifi wasn't working well. also around the pool, hygiene wasn't good the floor was broken which can be dangerous. due to the poor hygiene we had to leave the apartment for a few days

Petit oasis en pleine ville de Palerme, nous avons bien apprécié le logement confortable et la piscine !

Un peu loin du centre ville à pied dommage !

L appartement est tres bien agencé et décoré. Il convient pour 4 personnes. Il est situé a 15mn du centre ville de Palerme en bus et l arrêt esr juste en face.

L appartement est dans une rue très passante et bruyante. De plus il est situé juste a côté d un hopital et le vruit des sirènes des ambulances est permanent (nuit et jour)
