"Below standard."

Apart from the views, very little

The track wasn't just a bit 'rough', it was rain-filled pot-holes. Not a drop of water was left, as promised, not even a match to light the gas hob with, the toilet seat was broken, wardrobe full of cleaning clutter, heated towel rail didn't work, nothing to dry wet clothes on, only half a toilet roll, and generally a bit grubby. Grounds unkempt, dangerous paving slab on steps came close to causing nasty stumble. After a long drive from NW Scotland, not at all what was expected. Rather poor by current standards. By far the worst of five rental properties on this trip.

"Nice & quiet & local beaches. Came away with back pain"

Location good & very quiet.

Bed very uncomfortable, sofa & chair’s uncomfortable. 1 chair leg broken so had to keep fixing that. Bathroom & kitchen were clean however only 3 plates. No scissors to open packets with. Conservatory very dirty, dead flys and cobwebs all over. Open water left, would of rather a sealed bottle. Missing remote for tv so unable to use as no buttons.

Our holiday was exactly as we expected! Pretty quiet place and absolutely magnificent landscape around. The lodge is so comfy with the smart equipment. You can find everything that you need: dishes, gas cooker, oven, microwave, even border games and books! Modern heaters in both rooms if necessary and a few night lights make the evening more cosy and qute. Would we like to come back? Definitely! Thanks a lot Julie for your lovely and smart house!

"Simple no frills hideaway cabin"

Tarmac road helped the steep incline up to the property. Great location and view. Kitchenette was fully equipped

Incorrectly listed as having 4 beds available however didn't have a sofa bed as advertised. No outdoor lighting from parking space to door

Views around lodge was amazing. Close to beach and as well close to mountains. Lovely place to stay with family and dog .
