Clean, spacious apartment with a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs. When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with water and milk. There were also croissants, jams, teas, coffees and spices available on the side. Kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery, including a frying pan, cooking pots, a teapot and sieve. A wash house equipped with a drying rack, broom, mop and washing machine. Gas-powered stove and boiler with two canisters located in the wash house. Beautiful view from the wash house that overlooks the reservoir where flamingos can be seen. A pair of binoculars is free for use. Instructions provided for where/how to throw out garbage. Air conditioning in the main room and the bedroom. An elevator to access the floor. A 5-bolt lock on the apartment door for security. Easy walking distance to Poetto Beach, Super Pan supermarket and the flamingo park. Reserved carpark space behind an electronically operated gate. Clear instructions for how to access the property sent in advance. Responsive and helpful host.

The bed, the fridge door and some cupboard doors are creaky.

Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable apartment. There are all things which you need in the kitchen, hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board. There are very large wardrobes for clothes with lots of hangers. Ignazio is a good host. He sent clear instructions, so it was very easy to check in and check out. We arrived early in the morning, and he allowed us to check in earlier. I hope that we will be back soon.

The place is amazingly good, like real home, with really everything you may even think of. Good stove, dishes for cooking and best quality products available in a supermarket a couple of blocks around the corner and on the city market. Nice balcony with comfy chairs for morning coffee or relaxing moment in the evening. Beautiful view from the window at flamingos. Beach nearby, sandy and very beautiful.

Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable, big and clean apartment not far from Poetto beach (20 mins walk). You can find everything that you need there even for a long stay. Easy self check in and check out, good communication with host.

Ignazio has been a good host and left all instructions before coming (also some in the apartment). Also, a really nice welcome kit with a bottle of water, coffee capsules, and some breakfast sweets :). I liked some details like including accessories for the beach such as umbrella, mats, chairs, and beach toys for kids. Avoiding buying those things is great for a short stay. The apartment is in a quiet location and very clean in general. It has a supermarket about 5 min away. The balcony is small but good to have and it's nice to have breakfast or a glass of wine there. The apartment is well equipped, including the AC, 2 tvs, kitchen, etc. so you can have a nice stay without spending too much on restaurants. If you have a baby or a kid using a trolley, there is an elevator, so it simplifies a lot moving all the luggage in and out. There is also a parking spot if you have a car, like us.

Nothing negative regarding the host nor the apartment! In our case it would have been great to have a microwave though (maybe because we are used to having one). The distance to the closest beach is also relatively far (20-25 min) if you don't have a car. It's a nice walk but something to consider with kids. It's also a bit far from the city center, so you probably need to take a bus or get a taxi/car to be fully comfortable with distances.

Very calm and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is located in a block of flats with a closed yard (3rd floor). There is an elevator in the block. Parking place is provided by the host and also you have your own gate remote control so it is comfortable if you use a car. Apartment is located quite close to the Poetto beach. The nearest market is 5-7 minutes away from the apartment. We traveled with a baby, so the host provided us with a cot and a chair to feed the baby. Ignazio (host) is a very helpful person and you can ask him about any problem.

Very creaking beds and doors

The location is in the quiet place, 20 min walking from the beautiful beach Poetto. The apartment is very cosy, large, there is everything you need for staying. You can cook and wash your cloths in the washing machine. The host is very friendly, answers all the questions.

The coffee maсhine didn't work. The hot water can disappear, in this case you need to switch off and switch on the boiler. After that the hot water flows again.
