The terrace with the jacuzzi was perfect! The beds and the facilities were also very good. Some people complained about the stairs, but it’s just normal stairs for the area … and there is a railing

There were not many glasses etc, but there was a dishwasher so it was ok

"Great flat in a great location"

The location of the flat was perfect! Shops, restaurants, City sites were all within walking distance. The flat itself was very comfortable, with the private jacuzzi on the roof terrace a welcome addition after a day spent exploring Cagliari. The Check in/Check out and communication was flawless, always quick to respond and kind enough to meet us directly at the apartment for the check in

Only a slight negative in that we found the Cutlery, plates, cups etc. to have been dirty. We just had to wash what we needed before using

"Great house, 3 days is enough though"

The actual house is in a interesting location, Close to some great hidden squares with bars and local restaurants. The house is newly done, has space for a family or two couples easily. Main carpark 10mins away ( with steep hills ) easy walk into town. I do recommend. Images are as you get.

Have to say picking up the keys is not great. Its a 30/40min walk to the house from reception. We arrived with cases and had to lug them over to the reception AND over to the house. They just need to do a lock box and trust the guests to leave the city tax. Far to much effort in the heat. On arrival the WIFI didnt work, and never did. I have to mention the stairs are lethal. Made from moulded terrazzo concrete, very slippy and STEEP. I fell down on the last set, some how i didnt break anything i got lucky. ( big black mark on the wall going up is mine while my phone broke my fall ! ) The house is not good for little ones or oldies im sorry but they must do something about that staircase... add grips ..

"Great place to stay in central Cagliari"

Amazing Balcony with seating and hot tub Beds very comfortable Good air con Great location Very quiet at night time

Electricity not great, switch tripped a few times (but easily remedied) Perfect for us but stairs not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility.
