"lo consiglio"

Situato vicinissimo al centro, che si puo' raggiungere a piedi oppure con i vari mezzi pubblici di cui la zona e' ben servita, ci sono diverse linee (compresa quella per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto). L'appartamentino e' pulitissimo, ben curato nei dettagli e accessoriato. Non manca niente! I padoni di casa sono davvero ospitali e disponibili. Lo consiglio!

"Tutto ok, 30 giorni indimenticabili!"

Posizione eccezionale in una zona fornitissima di negozi di tutti i tipi e servita da parecchie linee bus. Estremamente disponibili i proprietari, che mettono a disposizione dell'ospite non solo e gratuitamente il passaggio da Elmas all'alloggio, ma anche una fornita scorta di libri di tutti i generi, utili in caso di insonnia o poca disposizione ad andar fuori.

Forse un paio di padelle di tipo più moderno non stonerebbe in un ambiente altrimenti più che adeguato. La presenza di una lavatrice potrebbe essere considerata la ciliegina sulla torta!

We stayed here at the beginning of October and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was very good, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. It’s located near a main boulevard, where you can catch a bus that quickly takes you to the city center, or you can walk there in about 20 minutes. The only small downside of the area is parking you have to be prepared to look for a spot; sometimes you get lucky, other times we had to park up to 30 minutes away on foot. Many thanks to our host for all the helpful advice we truly felt at home!

Questo appartamento è una bomboniera, pulitissima e profumata, accogliente ed in una posizione ottima. Qualche padella un po' più grande sarebbe gradita, ma va bene anche così. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, quasi degli amici ritrovati... Grazie di tutto. Ritorneremo appena possibile

Il nido is central, convenient, clean and comfortable. It is perfect for a work trip or a holiday. The hosts are great and very responsive. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend!

EVERYTHING ! Perfect, little, cozy spot in the city center but surroundings were very calm and spacious. Apartment with all possible equipment to make your stay even better. Owner super nice and friendly !
