Cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equiped for an away from home stay. An arrival pack was provided bread, milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam and cereals which was very much appreciated. Dish washer tablets and cleaning materials available if required. Bathroom contained shampoo etc for guest use. Fleece throws in living room for snuggling if watching TV. A lot of thought has been applied to fully meet the guests requirements. An extremely nice place to stay. Will be back.

There was only one minor thing, there was no independent heat control in the cottage so if you are an individual who suffers from the cold you may need to wrap up. Heating is controlled by adjoining dwelling and maintained at an ambiant temperature that suits the majority.

Nice and spacious. Lovely comfy bed.

Didn’t spoil our stay but did not like the internal interior door from the cottage to the host. Felt a little strange. I appreciate the host had it for safety reasons in case of fire and the door was locked with a key on the wall in a safety box but it was like someone living in the next room which it was and therefore didn’t feel private. The host Michelle was very nice and friendly and didn’t make you feel uncomfortable. This is how we felt but doesn’t mean everyone would feel that way.

The cottage was very clean and tidy, the facilities were really good, and the bedrooms were spacious with really comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again in the future.
