FLH Large Ericeira House with Terrace

A localização realmente muito boa e a casa em si deveria estar em muito melhores condições.

A casa bastante degradada infelizmente no que toca a aparelhos e móveis, sofás sujos, portas sem maçanetas, o fogão bastante podre a ponto de nem se poder usar, frigorífico com porta cheia de ferrugem e aspecto que já devia ter sido trocado faz muito tempo. Uma das camas já a parecer que não iria aguentar muito tempo até cair umas das partes... Enfim, a casa com uma remodelação poderia ser Top, mas parece que para esta cadeia de hotéis só interessa fazer dinheiro e mão investimentos e melhorias.

Nice and quiet location, just a few hundred meters away from the boulevard with a small rough beach. To downtown Ericeira and a lovely beach called Praia dos Pescadores, is a 1.200 meters walk along the coast line. House is spacious but has NO facilities and is outdated!

The house completely lacks basic facilities and atmosphere: e.g. very old bathroom, the kitchen has very old, incomplete and broken kitchen cutlery and equipment (rusting fridge, only 2 spoons of which 1 was broken, etc.!!!). There is a huge outdoor terrace but there is no parasol/sunshade, no plant, nothing. Nothing except an old table with 3 or 4 old chairs (not even cushions). There is a parasol base, but not a parasol itself..... There is no BBQ. Also inside the house there is hardly any indoor 'decoration' to make it look nice or cosy. The cupboard in the living room is closed with zip-ties (!) to prevent you from what? Using (stealing?) old dusty plates and cups on display.... And finally, the neighbour house was UNDER CONSTRUCTION, we were not informed of this. Meaning every morning at 8.15 hrs. the drilling and hammering started. Unacceptable and when I complained about it they said they would 'discuss it', but nothing changed.

Spacious, in a good location.

It looks like if you bought an premium townhouse 20 years ago, let it for a rent and did not do anything to repair it for all those long years... lots of things need attention.
