"Comfortable, modern and well laid open property which is great to spend time in or as a base for out"

Well laid out property with the bedrooms on the (cooler) ground floor and the living areas on the open plan 1st floor. Very clean and tidy with well fitted out rooms too. It was all very good and after many years of stopping in the borders this is probably the best property we have stayed in, (now 15-20 years in total). Great location too with the beach so close, a variety of eateries and a Coop down the road (50m away).

"Enjoyable."

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Quite noisy of an evening ~ cars speeding up & down, with wandering adolescents screaming and shouting; having said that, those issues are for the local council to address. On the property side, the en-suite shower waste plug requires rodding and cleaning as soon as possible.

"Perfect retreat"

The cottage was warm,comfortable and clean close to the beach .we have stayed before and are booked for Xmas so that shows how nice it is.

Big, clean and central. Helpful & friendly staff.

Mattresses were too soft, TVs lacked modern connectivity / HDMI, some extra cleaning products would have been helpful from the beginning.

"Fabulous weekend"
