Lovely cottage with rural setting and amazing views. Well located close to town. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and very comfortable. Amazing hot water pressure. Very good communication from hosts. Nice wood fireplace.

Past reviews showed that the fireplace was pre-prepared for use. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case and we had one piece of wood in a container and had to scrounge around for some. Minor point. It was great when we got it going.

We came with a group of 5 Best experience ever felt like home vibes away from everything and piece and quiet and a amazing view from the deck we have struggled with accommodation down here when we come with our car trailers for a car event but the hosts made it a breeze when we could leave them at there’s as they had heaps of room the shower pressure was the best powerful compared to other places we have stayed at Julie the host was very welcoming and down to earth and amazing hospitality on behalf of all of us we would like to thank you Julie and Bill and we will definitely come back again

The house is spacious, clean and well resourced with plenty of kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery etc and tea and coffee. Heatpump was awesome as one of our elderly members felt quite chilly. Hosts quick to communicate and respond to any queries. Such a beautiful, tranquil setting which was much needed after a busy day out and about. Very handy to local shopping strip which gave us lots of easy dinner options. Very well situated location. We were here for my son's sports tournament in Palmerston North and it's such an easy drive that I enjoyed making each day.
