"Wasn't as "Fresh in Franklin" as we were hoping."

I liked the easy access to the front door. In and out of the house was very simple and quick which helped our family.

We were not particularly happy with the smell of the whole house. Even our three-year-old commented on the scent without being prompted. Considering cost versus value, it was overwhelmingly more expensive than what seems fair. Having the space for the house was the best thing for us, but the smell made the whole experience unenjoyable. Also, paying for an experience like this is difficult only to check out and see there have been cleaning fees and an "electricity fee" added at the end. THEN, in order to check out, you have to do things the cleaning company would take care of.
