El lavabo en el sotano con acceso por escalera estrecha y empinada no apto para personas con mobilidad reducida. Los colchones demasiado blandos. No dispone de contenedor de basura propio.

It is a beautiful old wooden house which was very homely and had a great wood burning stove. It’s in the quiet village of Fredvang, close to the route up Ryten.

The steep stairs to the bathroom in the basement. The electricity failed in the basement several times but hopefully this had been fixed.

Wi fi piuttosto lento, non si riesce ad utilizzare il phon nel bagno che salta la corrente . Dovrebbero curare l erba intorno alla casa, purtroppo essendo alta non si raggiungeva il fiume

La maison, le salon cosy, l'emplacement, vue de la terrasse vers le fjord. Le café à disposition.

Descendre au sous-sol pour la salle de bain

Tout ! Certes la salle de bain est au sous-sol mais ça n’enlève rien au charme de la maison, son confort, son équipement et son emplacement ! Nous avons adoré notre petite semaine en famille. La possibilité d’acheter du poisson frais juste devant la maison et les randonnées de kvalvika et ryten ainsi que les plages de Ramberg et sandbotnen juste à côté sont un gros plus ! Nous sommes ravie de notre séjour et recommandons cette charmante maison !

Tyvärr drog alla fiskmåsar och fiskehallen mittemot boendet ner det totala intrycket, men inte Såå mycket. Lite för mjuk säng, men vi flyttade runt lite, så det löste sig.

The home was very well situated and spacious. It’s close to the Ryten trail and you can easily walk from the house to the trail start.

It’s a bit tiresome that the bathroom is in the basement.

The house is actually a wonderful traditional old house, with a nice and functional kitchen and a cosy living room. Everything was clean. We could buy fresh fish, nicely cut and sliced, just 100 m from the house. Short distance to mountain hiking areas (summer). Grocery store few minutes away by car, in Bramberg. Internet was good. Parking possible for one car, just in front of the entrance of the house. Fredvang is situated with easy access by car to the south and the north of Lofoten for daytrips and hiking (summer). All in all we liked it very much, it is a charming old house. Perfect for a family or some friends together as you are able to make and cook your own food daily.

Bathroom is in the basement, and the stairs are narrow and steep. We were not prepared for that. But got used to it. The key box with a codelock was very hard to open, but it is possible. First we thought it was broken..... One bedroom was very small for the 2 person bed installed. And the bed in the other room was very, very soft, The bunk bed in the third room was ok.
