Migliorerei la pulizia della cucina e dei suoi accessori.

Troppo sporco, non solo polvere anche altro… Ma prima di noi è stato pulito? Penso di no Appartamento per niente curato. Sicuramente non ci torneremo

Posto in ottima posizione. Proprietari super gentili. Casa accogliente con un parcheggio privato e giardino tutto recintato ottimo per chi a un cane.

Una bella struttura in un ottima posizione, tranquilla, i proprietari sono persone stupende e pensiamo di tornarci presto...

I absolutely do NOT recommend this apartment! From the very first minutes it was clear that the conditions do not match the photos or description at all. The bed linen was not fresh, the towels that were supposed to be white were yellow. Instead of a proper trash bag, there was just a random shopping bag. There were cobwebs in the apartment, giving the impression of complete neglect and dirt. The bathroom was a nightmare: the shower barely works, the door doesn’t close properly, and there is mold everywhere – it’s unpleasant and even unsafe to use. The outdoor area was a total scam. The photos showed green, well-kept grass, but in reality everything was dry and abandoned. Trash and junk everywhere. The table and chairs near the barbecue were filthy, and we had to clean them ourselves. The barbecue itself was left dirty from the previous guests. Around the yard were garbage bins overflowing with trash. The fridge was disgusting: when you open it, you can see rust and dirt underneath. This kind of attitude towards guests is unacceptable. The living conditions were awful, and our stay was completely ruined. I strongly advise against booking this place!

The hosts are very nice and helpful, they gave us tips and tricks to visit Florence and every time we called them with a question they came to help. The house is big, quiet and nice even if it's not modern. The kitchen is equipped which is nice. To visit Florence: a 20 minute drive to the free parking of Nenni-Torregali (tram stop) in Scandicci and then a 10 drive to the centre with the tram. The place is also 1 hour drive to Siena in the Tuscan countryside.

Parking for bigger cars is not easy: difficult to park the car inside the compound because you have to drive return through a small gate, just outside the house you cannot park and free parking spaces in the surroundings are always/often taken and it's a 5 min walk. The garden gives a view to the neighbours on both sides.
